Introduction

Welcome to RentalFlick (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use ofrentalflick.com, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These Terms apply to all users, including landlords, property managers, tenants, and affiliates. Please read carefully before using our services.

Definitions

• “RentalFlick” refers to the RentalFlick platform operated by RentalFlick, Inc.
• “User” means any individual using the Platform.
• “Landlord” or “Property Manager” means users listing or managing properties.
• “Tenant” means users renting or booking properties.
• “Affiliate” means users promoting the Platform via referral programs.
• “Listing” means a property advertised for rent.
• “Booking” means a confirmed rental reservation.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain Platform features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Platform Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
• Violate others’ intellectual property or privacy
• Interfere with Platform operation or security

Payments and Fees

Payments on RentalFlick are processed securely through Paystack. By completing a booking or transaction, you agree to Paystack’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Service fees and applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before you confirm a booking. All transactions are processed in your local currency where available.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by each Listing’s cancellation policy. Refund eligibility depends on timing, booking terms, and applicable conditions.

In extraordinary cases (natural disasters, government restrictions), RentalFlick may override standard policies and issue discretionary refunds.

Limitation of Liability

RentalFlick is a platform facilitating property listings and bookings. We are not a party to rental agreements between users. We do not control the conduct of users or guarantee property accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentalFlick and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RentalFlick. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
