List Your Property & Start Earning

Ready to host? Follow these steps to create a listing that attracts guests.

1. Property Details

Go to your Dashboard and click "Add Property". Enter the address, property type (Apartment, House, etc.), and total units.

2. Upload Photos

High-quality photos are the #1 factor for bookings.

• Use natural light.
• Capture all rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen.
• Add captions to highlight features.

3. Set Your Price

Research similar properties in your area. You can set a nightly rate and offer discounts for weekly or monthly stays.

4. Write a Description

Be honest and descriptive. Highlight unique features like "Fast WiFi", "Ocean View", or "Close to CBD".

5. Publish

Review your listing and hit Publish. You are now live!
